United Kingdom references

In new built as in refurbishment, Aereco humidity sensitive ventilation systems have gained a major place in the United Kingdom among the available ventilation systems in the market. Below is a short outline of these references:


Phelps-Parade

Phelps Parade, Calne, South West

Demand Controlled MEV for 16 apartments for a local Housing Association.

A mix of extract grilles (humidity sensitive, with presence detection or activated by manual switches) have been used in this project, in conjunction with our V4A constant pressure fan. More details here.


Heatforce

Inn on the River, Cardiff, Southern Wales

AVL supply Heatforce for a HA project of 23 apartments

Aereco has supplied Demand Controlled systems to Heatforce for the ventilation of 23 apartments in Cardiff for a Housing Association. They consisted in constant pressure VAM and V4A fans together with humidity sensitive BXS and BXL extract units

It was the first time Heatforce was installing Aereco's products. See their letter here about their experience.


wolverhampton

Aereco supply the world's tallest modular structure

Aereco has supplied acoustic humidity sensitive EHA air inlets and coloured acoustic canopies to comply with the noise reduction requirements of this student accommodation building. Built with 805 modules by Vision Modular Structures in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork, Ireland, it is the tallest modular structure in the world, with 24 floors.

Energy Saving solutions in residential apartments for the Housing Association sector.

For these 63 apartments made of 192 modules and located in the heart of East London, Vision Modular Structures (Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork, Ireland) has chosen Aereco's Demand Controlled Ventilation solutions: silent constant pressure V4A fans and humidity and presence sensitive BXS extract units.
