Demeter and Siparex ETI 5, leader of a pool of investors, support the Aldes family group in the acquisition of Aereco

The manager of Aldes, Stanislas Lacroix, asks a minority pool led by Siparex ETI, (BNP Paribas Development and CARVEST- Crédit Agricole Régions Investissement), and Paris Fonds Vert (Demeter) to finance the takeover of Aereco, a family business specializing in in the development of innovative ventilation solutions.
