Dublin – Hollywoodrath

This is a 3- & 4-bedroom detached & semi-detached housing development. The construction is timber frame and its insulation level exceeds current building standards. The systems in the house include a gas condensation boiler and a solar PV panel, as well as an Aereco DCV system.

Colour-coded humidity sensitive air inlets were used on the windows of the dry rooms.
